Embracing the Wild: An Invitation to Reflect and Connect
This week has been an emotional rollercoaster. Many people around me are grappling with major life changes, experiencing loss, and struggling to stay afloat.
My friends know they can always find comfort and a listening ear with me, but I believe the greatest gift is finding solace within oneself. One of the most impactful tools I've discovered during tough times is the wisdom I gained from my friend Maria Souza's course, Women Who Run With The Wolves.
It's an experience that's hard to put into words—you have to live it to truly understand its transformative power.
This course touched parts of my being that felt deeply tribal. As if I had ancient knowledge lying dormant within me and these stories and their meaning had woken them up.
I experienced a simultaneous feeling of "I already know this" and "How do I know this?"
Some stories resonate more than others, but each one finds a unique place within you. Once you understand these stories, their meanings, and their messages, your journey of navigating whatever challenges you face begins to unfold.
I've long wanted to explore the ancient knowledge embedded in the tales and legends of diverse cultures, and I think I've found the perfect way to do it.

I'm opening my home on the last weekend of June to share a special collection of portraits of women I admire.
These images will be paired with stories and reflections on the Wild Woman archetype.
Join me to delve deeper into what makes us wild, the stories that shape us, and to admire powerful photographs.
Let's share a conversation and connect over the strength and beauty within us all.
