The Big Check-In
Creating the structures that allow us to be free
4 Exercises for a Global View of How We Choose to Spend Our Time in the last 12 months.
_
This is where I take inventory of last year: my word of the year, the goals I set, the time spent on activities, work, social time, travel, and the people I interacted with most.
I look at what has given me energy and what drained me, what I need to delegate, what I need to take on, and then I create structures to bring the best out of the new year.
The plan usually includes intentions:
- People I’d like to connect with more,
- New habits I’d like to develop
- My one goal for the year
I will organize this check-in in two parts:
Part 1: Review your calendar and time spent.
Part 2: Plan your intentions and structures for the new year.
Tip: Do this with your (gurl)fwiend to make this fun and hopefully he/she/they will challenge you a bit as well.
