In 2015 I started a research project in the Circular Economy and how it was applied in the fashion industry, and the trends and solutions for the future. After countless reports, interviews, research and a series of synchronicities I saw the opportunity to start my own business in this field.

Throughout my 6 years, we grew to a team of 8 people and even more volunteers to bring sustainability trainings, team buildings and consulting projects to over a thirty establishments.

Today the concept has become a mainstream topic in China, and the needs of the market shifted. Zero Waste Shanghai transitioned to P.A.C.E. the first online and practical course for CSR and sustainability managers.
