How to store your food? 食物贮存法


Going plastic free is one thing... but what are the good alternatives?

厨房大概是塑料产品——尤其是一次性产品出现频率最高的地方了。很多零废弃倡导者最初的改变正是从厨房无塑化做起。那么有哪些好的替代品呢?

Some suggestions:

Ceramic tiffin: Chopped fruit and vegetables, cooked rice, quinoa, vegetables and meat.

Stainless steel tiffin: Chopped fruit and vegetables, cooked rice, quinoa, vegetables and meat.

Mason Jar: Salads, homemade condiments, breakfast parfaits, prepared lunches, etc.

Glass container , stainless steel lid: Leftovers, pre-prepared meals, refrigerated baked goods, dry foods (pasta, rice, beans, ...)

Stainless steel insulated container: foods that need to stay cold/hot; soup, chili, pasta, coffee.

Wooden & stainless steel bento boxes: school/ work lunches.


陶瓷/不锈钢多层密封餐盒:切好的水果蔬菜,米饭,熟藜麦,熟的蔬菜和肉类

梅森罐/广口玻璃罐:沙拉,自制酱料,早餐水果酸奶麦片杯,熟食

玻璃保鲜盒:剩菜,营养餐,冷藏烘焙食品,干货(意大利面、米、豆子等等)

木质/小麦纤维/不锈钢便当盒:学生/上班族午餐

蜂蜡纸:自制三明治,果蔬切面(基本可代替一次性保鲜膜)
